Located inside Ladies Fitness since 2002. I really love working in the spa. I'm a mother of a two-year-old and understand how precious time really is. The spa at Ladies Fitness is a wonderful place to come and relax while your children play in our supervised play area at no extra charge. I know how hard it is to find babysitters so we can have a moment to ourselves, so come and relax and let us take care of you!
